What sunscreen products does Sun ProTec Systems offer in the spray stations?

Sun ProTec Systems offers all FDA tested and dermatologist recommended Sunscreen (SPF-15, 30 & 50), All-natural insect repellent, SPF-15 tanning gel, and SPF Cooling Aloe.

Will this sunscreen leave a slippery overspray on the concrete or ground surface?

No, our atomized mist of sunscreen dissipates before even reaching the ground.

Can the machine be vandalized?

Of course, just as any vending machine can, however, the spray station is made to withstand the outdoor elements as well as vandal attempts. (We recommend each station have insurance)

What happens if someone is sprayed in the eyes?

The same situation as if someone purchased a bottle of sunscreen retail and accidentally sprayed themselves in the eye, our station has warnings, ingredients, and proper procedures if product is swallowed or sprayed in the eyes.

What happens if someone uses the spray station and still gets sunburned?

The spray station does not guarantee that one will not be sunburned, but simply will assist in protection from the harmful rays for a defined period of time.

Why should I purchase a spray station?

On site, on demand sun protection providing convenience for customers and patrons, affordable sun protection for everyone, potential new revenue stream, novel and fun for all ages to use, by using the sunscreen spray station we are keeping plastic and aluminum bottles out of the landfills.

Are the sunscreen products environmentally friendly and will this harm any bathing suits, hair, skin, or clothes?

Our sunscreen formulation is made with tested user-friendly materials. One of the most widely used sunscreens within the Government organizations due to the eco-friendly formulation.

What is being sprayed out of the spray station?

Sun ProTec Systems' FDA tested, dermatologist recommended sunscreen is a clear, fine mist of SPF 30+ water resistant/sweat resistant sunscreen that also contains UVA/UVB protection, all natural insect repellent, and aloe moisturizer along with vitamins A, C, and E.

Who services the spray station during the revenue season?

The retail staff of the host venue usually services the station. The service includes replacing the empty container of sunscreen as well as the tokens/coins/cash on a chosen schedule.

How many tokens/coins/dollar bills will the machine hold at one given time?

Our station will hold up to 300 tokens/coins/bills before reaching maximum capacity.

Who empties the tokens/coins/bills and how often?

The retail staff of each venue collects on a preferred set schedule.

Who changes out the sun care products and how often?

The retail staff of each venue changes out the sunscreen products by performing a visual check on the levels in each clear half gallon container.

How many sprays or vends can you get per half gallon container of product?

The amount of product per vend changes due to how long the customer holds down the red trigger button to spray product. However, a half gallon will give up to 500 full-body applications.

What is the shelf life of the sunscreen products?

Our Sun ProTec Systems sunscreen products all carry a 2-3 year shelf life.

How do I re-order sunscreen products if I am running out and how long does it take to receive shipment after order?

To re-order sunscreen products, contact your account representative or simply call 901.221.4033. The product will take 3-5 business days to ship.

How much does the spray station weigh? And can it be made portable?

The spray station weighs 45 lbs. with pedestal. Yes, we have portable spray station solutions. (Contact us for details)

Is there a warranty on the spray station?

Yes the spray station carries a 1-year warranty on all parts from the date of shipment.

Can you advertise on the spray station with a logo or an outside sponsor?

Yes, a vendor may advertise their logo or even an outside sponsor/partner.

How do I maximize the spray station potential?

The way to maximize the spray station potential is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION first! Sun ProTec Systems can assist input on choosing the right location(s) for your spray station in your host venue. The second is COMMUNICATION, COMMUNICATION, COMMUNICATION by advertising the station throughout the venue. Lastly, keeping the station clean and in good working order will definitely assist in giving you maximum usage.

Does the spray station require an attendant?

No, the spray station does not require or need an attendant. However, if you choose to do on-site promoting with the sunscreen station, many customers have elected to use an attendant to help promote their business.

SPF, or Sun Protection Factor, is the ratio of the minimum UV dose required to produce redness with and without sunscreen.

How long will SPF 30+ last in the sun?

One should be able to stay in the sun 30 times longer before getting sunburned. Our SPF 30+ sunscreen retains SPF after 80 minutes of activity in water, sweating, or perspiring. It's important to note that protection time varies depending on factors such as skin type, activities, time of year, weather, and geographic location.

Do I have to rub the sunscreen in after being sprayed?

No, our unique formulation bonds to your skin in seconds leaving you with a complete, hands free, evenly distributed sunscreen application.

How much time do I have to spray during a vending session?

The user will have 30 or 60 seconds during a vend session depending on the preset timer in each spray station.

How do I know when the vending session has started and ended?

Once the dollar bill/token has been inserted, the timed session begins instantly. There is a green light that will indicate when the session starts and ends.

What happens if I did not get my entire body sprayed during the vending session?

You simply purchase a second session and complete your application until fully satisfied, however, 30 or 60 seconds has been tested with thousands of users on the entire body and has proven to be ample time.
